How it works

From authorization to insights in 7 days

1 · Authorize via OAuth

You authorize the Launitec Seller Insights application from your Seller Central account using Amazon's standard OAuth flow. You explicitly grant the Brand Analytics role and any other roles needed for the services you select. You can revoke access at any time from Seller Central.

2 · Secure data ingestion via SP-API

Our service calls the Selling Partner API on a fixed schedule, retrieving only the reports required to deliver your selected services. Data is transmitted over TLS, stored encrypted at rest, and is segregated per client account — never co-mingled.

3 · Analyst review + recommendations

A dedicated PPC manager reviews your weekly Brand Analytics data and prepares an action plan. We do not publish, share, or sell any insights about Amazon's business or any other seller's data.

4 · Implementation + reporting

We implement approved changes inside your account (PPC campaigns, listing edits) and deliver a written report. You retain full ownership of your account and data; you can export everything, pause, or terminate at any time.

All plans are billed monthly in USD. No setup fees. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Custom enterprise pricing is available for sellers managing more than 25 ASINs or multiple marketplaces.

Data Handling & Compliance

How we handle your Amazon data

Launitec Seller Insights complies with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy, and Solution Provider Agreement. Below is a plain-English summary; the full policies are linked in the footer.

  • Single-purpose use. Data retrieved from your Selling Partner account through SP-API is used exclusively to deliver the services you have purchased. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
  • No aggregation across sellers (AUP ¬ß4.4). We do not aggregate data across our clients' businesses or customers to provide or sell to any party, including competing sellers, market-research firms, or any third party. Each client's data is processed and stored in isolation.
  • No sharing of insights about Amazon's business (AUP ¬ß4.5). We do not publish, promote, or share insights about Amazon's business, and we do not use such insights for our own business purposes.
  • Encryption. All data is transmitted over TLS 1.2+ and encrypted at rest using AES-256. Production credentials are stored in a managed secrets vault.
  • Access controls. Only named, contractually bound personnel with a documented service need can access client data. Access is logged and reviewed quarterly.
  • Retention & deletion. Client data is retained only as long as the engagement is active plus a 30-day grace period, after which all production and backup copies are destroyed. You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing comunicaciones@launitec.com.
  • No PII required. The Brand Analytics role does not provide Personally Identifiable Information about Amazon shoppers, and we do not request, retrieve, or store any such PII.
  • Incident response. We maintain a written security-incident response plan. Suspected security incidents are reported to affected clients and to Amazon within 24 hours of detection.
  • OAuth-only access. All access to your account is granted by you through Amazon's official OAuth flow. You can revoke access at any time from Seller Central, and we will cease all data processing within 24 hours of revocation.
